2. Bookings & Payments
Travel bookings are confirmed only after full or agreed payment is received.
Renovation projects require an agreed quotation and payment terms before work begins.
Payments made for third-party services (airlines, hotels, etc.) are subject to their respective policies.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Travel cancellations and refunds are subject to airline, hotel, or third-party provider policies.
Renovation deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has commenced.
Any refund, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Review documents before approval
Make payments on agreed timelines
Al Manah is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client.
5. Limitation of Liability
Al Manah is not liable for:
Delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines or third-party providers
Visa rejections by embassies
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
Indirect or consequential losses
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Al Manah and may not be copied or used without permission.
7. Changes to Terms
